Does your pricing include the custom imprint?
Due to the customized nature of our products, we'll need to discuss the specific details of your project in order to confirm all charges that will be associated with it. The prices shown for each product are to be used only as a general guideline since your requirements may result in higher or lower prices than those shown.
The pricing shown for most products includes a 1-color, 1-location imprint, however none of the apparel or cap pricing includes a screen-printed or embroidered design - additional charges will apply.
If your order is placed online, we will not process your credit card until all charges are discussed with you first.
How do I place an order?
You may place your order through our website. We will call you within 24 business hours to confirm all details of your order, prior to processing payment. You may contact us prior to that if your order is time-sensitive.
You may also place an order over the phone. Call us at 866-594-7779, x-1 between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. pacific time, Monday through Friday. We’ll confirm the details of your order, request your vector art file, and arrange for payment.
What is the production time on your products?
Standard production time for most products is between 2 to 3 weeks, but there are exceptions. There is often an option to rush production time for a surcharge. Please call to inquire.
What type of art file do you require?
We require a vector art file that has had all elements, including fonts, converted to outlines (paths). This file can be provided in the following formats - Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Encapsulated Post-Script (.eps), or Adobe PDF - .eps files are preferred.
Do you offer art services?
Yes. If you're unable to provide vector art for your logo/design, we can have our in-house graphics department convert the artwork that you provide for a minimal charge. Fees are charged at a rate of $15 per 15 minute time blocks - call for details.
Can you typeset text for me?
If you need to have a tagline, website, phone #, etc. typeset under your design, this can typically be done at no charge. Please provide desired font style, font size and color when emailing art file.
How do I submit my art file/instructions?
When ordering online, you will have the opportunity to upload your art file and enter instructions. You may also email your file - please put the name of your organization in the Subject line, and email to art@EcoBranderPromos.com
Are there printing limitations that I should know about?
Many of the hard-goods (non-fabric, non-paper) items will allow for a one or two color imprint only, due to registration issues, etc. If you desire a multi-color imprint, please call us to inquire about the possibility of achieving this on the product of interest.
How do you charge for Shipping?
So that we can keep the shipping cost as low as possible on your order, we will not process the shipping charge to your credit card until after your order ships. This way you pay only the actual shipping cost and not a padded average. If you would like a shipping estimate on an item - just ask!
How is your company serving the environment?
We offset 100% of the carbon emissions generated in the shipping of our client's orders, through our partnership with CarbonFund®. In addition, we support various reforestation projects through American Forests via our New Client Eco-Credit program. We're very proud to have been the first company in our industry to exhibit this level of commitment to the environment, and hope to continue to inspire others to do the same.
